ASILIMITED and PGT's role on a project will include design assistance, cost control and scheduling. It will be our responsibility to work with CM and Design Team to provide the highest quality product and design for a fair value on each signature project.
Scope of work will be as follows:
- Site offices for convenience
- Weekly design assist meetings
- Budget control-timely cost estimates
- Systems design-multiple
- Engineer all die drawings
- Stamped engineered calculations for embeds and all mock-ups
- Internal curtain wall consultant
- Design performance test mock-ups
- Design visual mock-up for site
- Engineering of all embeds
- Engineered embed shop drawings
- Furnish all embeds as required by systems
- Site supervision of embed placement
- As built engineering of actual placement of embeds
- Design assist with development of CD drawings
- Furnish and install multiple mock-ups and testing-No lab included
- Necessary equipment
- Travel and subsistence
Once a budget is set, we become responsible for the budget. We will work closely with the design team to value engineer each application. These items will be evaluated for schedule, aesthetics and constructability. In all cases, our goal will be to reduce cost without compromising design.
